My work consists of supporting you in letting go of what once caused you pain and suffering and still affects you in the here and now of your life, making you feel unfree.

I guide you to a place where you clearly recognize and feel that everything is possible, changeable, and absolutely nothing is set in stone.

I don't heal you, but rather I bring you clarity and strength and reconnect you with your inner knowing, which guides you consciously and confidently through life. I guide you behind the veil of illusion and show you what a wonderful creative being you are.

Healing, and also my way of working, essentially means that you no longer identify with your past, the painful memories you have experienced, and the thought and belief patterns and emotions that have arisen from them. I bring you into a neutral state where you neither evaluate nor judge. Therefore, you are free in the here and now and can allow new things into your life.

You are, so to speak, stepping out of your old self-image and consciously creating a space where anything is possible. This makes you ready and open to new potentials that are already waiting to come to you.

You are the creator of your reality and can freely choose at every moment how you want to shape and live your life, and it will simply show up on the outside.
