At holistic you, you'll spend an intensive week with me in a beautiful place, far away from your usual surroundings.
I'll guide you step by step to the point where you recognize your true being, who you really are, and can also accept it and integrate it into your life.
You'll perceive that you are complete in the now moment, and the only thing trying to stop you is your mind.
We bring the painful past into the present and, with my type of energy work, bring it into a neutral state and letting go of old, destructive identifications.
From this neutral state you can recreate yourself and your life, connecting with your inner knowing and trusting that it will manifest itself externally.
