General Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Aurora Seelenbalsam - as of 12/2023
These general terms and conditions apply to all consultation and treatment offers from Aurora Seelenbalsam:
1. Registration, payment of the consultation and/or treatment fee
1.1 Registration for a consultation and/or treatment offer is binding after receipt of the registration and/or the returned confirmation by Aurora Seelenbalsam and obliges you to pay the consultation and/or treatment fee according to the registration. Aurora Seelenbalsam reserves the right to reject the registration. Failure to pay the consultation or treatment fee does not count as deregistration.
1.2 The consultation fee for online consultations and treatments must be paid in advance in accordance with Aurora Seelenbalsam's terms and conditions. Aurora Seelenbalsam will be happy to issue a receipt upon request.
1.3 If the consultation fee has not been paid 24 hours before an online consultation or treatment, the consultation will not take place.
1.4 Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The place is only definitely reserved when the consultation and/or treatment confirmation is issued. Aurora Seelenbalsam is entitled to reject registrations without giving reasons.
2. Previous knowledge / consultation or treatment success
Aurora Seelenbalsam cannot guarantee the success of the consultation and/or treatment, which essentially depends on the commitment and level of consciousness of the consultation and/or treatment participant.
3. Cancellations
No refunds are possible for my online consultations/treatments. If an appointment does not take place due to a written cancellation, Aurora Seelenbalsam will arrange a new appointment free of charge if it is still acceptable for both parties.
4. Absence
Missed consultation and treatment sessions do not entitle the client to any claims for compensation or refunds. In the event of illness or other compelling reasons, Aurora Seelenbalsam will decide on any refunds upon a justified request.
5. Impediments to performance, impossibility
5.1 If the lecturer is prevented from performing through no fault of his own, due to force majeure or other unforeseeable events, Aurora Seelenbalsam is not obliged to carry out the online consultations or treatments. In these cases, the consultation fee will be refunded pro rata.
5.2 In such cases, Aurora Seelenbalsam is not liable for costs incurred for loss of work or for indirect damages, in particular lost profits or claims from third parties.
5.3. If the impediments to performance are of a temporary nature, Aurora Seelenbalsam is entitled to carry out the online consultations and online treatments at a later date. If the lecturer is prevented from performing through no fault of his own, Aurora Seelenbalsam is also entitled to appoint a substitute. In all of these cases, the course fee is not refundable.
6. Liability, personal responsibility
6.1 Aurora Seelenbalsam is only liable for damages that arise directly or indirectly from the conduct of an online consultation if and to the extent that they were caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Aurora Seelenbalsam. The participant must provide evidence of culpable behavior.
6.2 Each participant bears full responsibility for themselves and their actions within and outside of the online consultation and/or treatment. The participants decide for themselves how they deal with the information or what they integrate into their lives. Aurora Seelenbalsam states that the online consultations and/or treatments are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatments. Anyone who is in therapy must clarify, with the involvement of all parties involved, whether the online consultation and/or treatment makes sense in this phase of life.
6.3 Consultation documents and everything that happens and is discussed during an online consultation are intended only for the participants of the consultation and must be discussed with the lecturer beforehand if published in any form and on any platform such as Facebook, Instagram and/or in your own subsequent seminars, etc.
7. Healing effect, interaction
7.1 The healing effect of the services offered by Aurora Seelenbalsam is not promised. Aurora Seelenbalsam is not a substitute for a doctor/therapist/alternative practitioner. The energetic work merely promotes the self-healing powers of the consultation participants and can therefore have a positive effect on physical, mental and emotional complaints. The online consultations/treatments are voluntary and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. The consultations serve to provide self-awareness at varying levels of depth.
7.2 Medial and sensitive consultations, as well as energy work and spiritual healing, do not replace consultation with a doctor, but positively support medical/therapeutic treatment. Aurora Seelenbalsam does not make diagnoses. Aurora Seelenbalsam does not prescribe medication/healing products. Aurora Seelenbalsam makes no promises of healing. The consultation participants alone bear full responsibility for their physical and psychological well-being during the entire participation in the healing session.
8. Priority, choice of law
8.1 If online consulting contracts or offers from Aurora Seelenbalsam contain written provisions that deviate from these general terms and conditions, the individually offered or agreed contractual provisions take precedence over these general terms and conditions.
8.2 All legal relationships with Aurora Seelenbalsam are subject to Sri Lankan law.
9. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes between the participant and Aurora Seelenbalsam is Colombo, Sri Lanka.
10. Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these general terms and conditions are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these general terms and conditions. The statutory provisions shall replace the invalid provision. The same shall apply if the general terms and conditions contain an unforeseen gap.
